What We Do

Our Mission

At Magis, our mission is to guide individuals back to their true identity in Christ by offering a completely personalized coaching experience. We believe that everyone is navigating unique challenges, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply won’t work. Here’s how we do it:

“Before Magis, I felt stuck and unsure of my direction. Ryan’s guidance helped me reconnect with God and rediscover my passion for life.”

— Evan. B

Step 1 Discovery

We start by offering a free consultation, because we believe meaningful change starts with understanding. Each person’s journey is different, and we want to hear yours. That’s why we offer a no-strings-attached, free consultation call. It’s simple—no advice, no fees, just listening. This session is designed to explore your challenges and see if our coaching is the right fit for you.

Step 2 Design

Once we’ve learned about you and the challenges you’re facing, we get to work designing a plan that’s completely unique to your life. Whether it’s building new habits, strengthening your prayer life, focusing on health and wellness, or cultivating discipline, your plan will be as unique as you are. Our approach is designed to bring you closer to your true self—grounded in Christ and ready to take on life with renewed purpose.

Step 3 Implementation

Every journey is different, and so are our coaching schedules. Some clients prefer weekly check-ins, while others opt for bi-weekly or monthly sessions. It’s entirely up to you and what feels right based on your personalized plan. Our coaches are here to support you for as long as you need, though the ultimate goal is to empower you to stand on your own in less than a year.

Step 4 Empowerment

At Magis, we believe in creating a ripple effect of change. Once you’ve completed your journey with us, we encourage you to go out into the world and share the tools and insights you’ve gained. Help others rediscover their own identity in Christ, and together we’ll create lasting impact—one life at a time.
